Refund policy

We want you to have a great experience with UWE9 products.
Due to the personal care nature of body care products, we accept returns only under certain conditions.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:
The product is damaged during delivery
The wrong item was delivered
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened products
Used products
Products returned without original packaging

Refund Process

Once the return request is approved:
Replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
